Find out moreNot enough plugs in the kitchen, a dark driveway, or a renovation that needs new circuits? We add plug points and lights, fix the ones that stopped working and rewire older homes, neatly and to SANS 10142.

More plugs for kitchens, home offices, TV walls and garages, on the right circuits.
Weatherproof plugs for gardens, patios and pool areas, protected by the earth leakage.
Downlights, ceiling lights, switches and dimmers, and old fittings converted to LED.
Driveway, garden and security lighting, with switches, timers or day-night sensors.
Dedicated circuits for air conditioners, workshops, gate motors and outbuildings.
Old, damaged or cloth-insulated wiring replaced, circuit by circuit or for the whole house.
A plug or light that suddenly stops working usually has a loose or burnt connection, a failed switch or fitting, or a tripped breaker. Check your DB board first. If nothing has tripped, don’t open the plug or light yourself: a burnt connection needs to be repaired properly, not just reconnected.

Many established Pretoria homes still have their original wiring, extended bit by bit over the years. Warm plugs and switches, flickering lights, breakers that trip under normal use and cloth-insulated or perished cables are signs that it may need replacing.
We test the installation first and tell you which circuits need rewiring and which are fine, so we only replace what actually needs replacing. Planning a renovation? Bring us in early, so new plugs, lights and circuits go in before the walls are finished.

Yes. We install extra plug points, outside and garden lights, and dedicated circuits for appliances like air conditioners and pool pumps.
Yes. Outdoor plugs go on an earth leakage protected circuit, with weatherproof fittings suited to where they are installed.
Usually a loose connection or a worn switch. Stop using it and have it checked, because it can overheat.
Warm plugs or switches, flickering lights, frequent tripping and old cloth-insulated cable are common signs. We test first and only recommend rewiring where it is needed.
